By using this site or submitting an order for products or services, you will indicate your acceptance of this agreement and will be bound by the terms and conditions arranged below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Please do not submit any orders for products or services. The terms and conditions posted on this website, including the returned merchandise authorization policy, are public information and must be adhered to by anyone doing business with VocalValet unless there is a written contract signed by an officer of VocalValet.

1. VocalValet uses the services of third party contractors who update our website. We do our best to keep the information on the website as accurate as possible. Customers will have to agree that we are not liable for mismatched product pictures or mistakes in product information. VocalValet will only guarantee that we ship the product identified on the invoice.
2. Our sales representatives are forbidden to make any claims on product or services, especially over the phone. Once again, VocalValet can only guarantee that the products identified on your invoices will be shipped. Any additional provisions to your purchase must be made in writing.
3. Customers shall agree that each item in a multi-item purchase from VocalValet shall be treated independently unless stated otherwise in the memo section of their order. That is to say, defects, replacements, and cancellations of any one item does not constitute the voiding of the entire purchase. Each item shall be considered independently charged and accounted for warranty or refund purposes unless the customer has stated otherwise in the invoice memo.
4. Customers shall agree that under no circumstances will shipping be refunded once we have shipped the item.
5. It is the customer's responsibility to look over their email confirmation and make sure that all shipping and billing information, and item(s) purchased are entered correctly. If you do not get an email confirmation, call us to see if the order went through. Do not submit multiple orders or you will end up paying for a full re-stocking and shipping fees!
6. Order cancellation will be accepted by email. Cancellation on orders, which already have been charged, will carry a 20% handling fee. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
7. Material fee for boxes, transportation, etc. are included in the shipping fee with the exception of shipping insurance and calculated weight of the item per shipment basis. Customers shall not be liable for additional shipping charges when VocalValet chooses to ship in multiple packages unless they have requested and agreed to shipping upgrades and fees.
8. Customers shall agree that VocalValet will not liable for any courier's shipping delays. In such cases, customers may petition for a shipping rate adjustment if packages do not arrive within the shipping timeframe arranged. However, in no other circumstances is VocalValet required to do so.
9. VocalValet reserves the right to limit quantities on any order at its sole discretion.

If you wish to purchase products offered on the site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You will agree that all information you have provided will be accurate complete and current. You will agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanisms at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.

We ship to any physical addresses that UPS ship within the United States and Canada. We may accommodate customers who need to have an item shipped to an APO/FPO address or PO Box depending on the circumstances. For items shipping via the US Postal Service, we charge a 2-day air freight. The items usually ship out once a week. Due to incorrect shipping information, we will charge the face value that the courier charges us to re-route your package. This charge is anywhere from $5 to $15.

Most orders which are in inventory are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the date of the order. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address does not match what your credit card issuer has on their file. Some orders that are shipped from fulfillment warehouses may require a longer timeframe for shipment. We may also ship the orders with multiple items from different warehouses, so it is possible that you may get the items on different days. Due to other circumstances, such as being unable to charge your card, or verify your address, we cannot guarantee when your order has shipped out. In addition, if you choose a next day air service, it does not necessarily mean that you will get it the next day from the order dated. This simply means that you will get it the next day from the date we ship the order.

Once an order has shipped, it is up to the courier to deliver the product, we will not be able to stop the shipment once it has shipped. If the courier loses the package, the courier will put a tracer on the package. Tracers usually take 3 days for air packages and 7 business days for ground packages. We will not be able to ship out replacement packages until the courier confirms that the package was either lost or will not be able to be delivered to its destination. Without any confirmation from the courier, we will be unable to know if you will receive two shipments. If there is no one to sign for the package, we cannot guarantee the courier will attempt to deliver the package to you after the third try.

Due to the fast pace of the computer industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to list the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our efforts, some items on our website may be misquoted on price value. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographical, technical error or error in pricing from our vendors, VocalValet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.

If your credit card has already been charged for the incorrect price, we will immediately refund your card and cancel your order. You may also repurchase it for the correct price if you wish to.

Due to the volatility in pricing for computer products, we do not match competitor's pricing and we will not offer price protection.

Your receipt of an electronic or phone order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. VocalValet reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

You may pay by credit card or Paypal. At the time your order is placed, VV (VocalValet) obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

Processing time varies among banking institutions and can be delayed. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of your wire transfer.

VV purchases will include sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed. If you email your order, the VV will provide an estimated dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order was received in our system will apply.
