What is the return policy for my product?
Most products come with 30 day free trial. The product must be returned within the trial period in order to receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Please send email to customer service at support@myvocalvalet.com for return authorization before returning a product.

How long will it take for me to receive my credit?

Once a product is received at our warehouse the credit is usually processed within 5 business days. The credit may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
